Back in 1920 Sampieri´s family discovered HUATUSCO highlands, the very first impression was the astonishing Pico de Orizaba volcano, in between the luxurious vegetation and THE LIGHT blue sky.FOR this reason they decided TO name this place as El Mirador.
The first generation of Sampieri’s family began with their coffee business, grown in the fertile soil of Huatusco that belongs to one of the largest areas of coffee production in Mexico.

Located in the hihglands of Sierra Madre ORiental in the middle of Veracruz at an altitude of 1,100 meters above sea level this region has a semi-humid and warm weather, this place has a unique geography, its altitud and weather conditions does the Huatusco Coffee of an excelent quality.
Finca El Mirador has been certified by organizations whose mission is to preserve ecosystems by protecting the rivers and wild life, improving the quality of life as well to promote a dignified life for the workers and neighboords of rural communities. The Sampieri’s family employ eco-conscious and sustainable practices allowing them to be both Rainforest Alliance and Utz certified.
